We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with XThreat within 30 days of your initial purchase, we'll provide a full refund—no questions asked.

3. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee:
• Request must be made within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase date
• Applies only to your first subscription purchase (not renewals)
• Account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service
• Applies to direct purchases from XThreat (not through third-party resellers)
The 30-day period begins on the date your payment is processed, not when you create your account or start using the platform.
4. After the 30-Day Period
After the initial 30-day satisfaction guarantee period expires, all payments are non-refundable. This includes:
• Subscription renewals (annual or monthly)
• Partial refunds for unused subscription time
• Mid-term cancellations
However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
5. Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. When your subscription renews (monthly or annually), that payment is final.
To avoid unwanted charges:
• Cancel your subscription before your renewal date
• You'll receive email reminders before automatic renewals
• Check your renewal date in your account settings
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for subscription cancellations made after renewal.

• Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-7 additional business days)
If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear on your card statement. Bank transfer refunds may take slightly longer depending on your financial institution.
Your account access will be terminated once the refund is processed.
8. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your XThreat subscription at any time without penalty.
**How to cancel:**

• Go to Account Settings > Subscription
• Click "Cancel Subscription"

**What happens after cancellation:**
• Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
• You retain full access to all features until that date
• No refund for the remaining time in your billing period
• You can reactivate anytime before the end of the billing period
• After the billing period ends, you lose access to the platform

9. Data Export Before Cancellation
Before canceling, we recommend exporting your data:
• Training completion records
• Compliance reports
• Phishing simulation results
• User progress data
You can export this data from your account dashboard. After your subscription ends, you have 30 days to request a final data export. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
**Technical Issues**
If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the service, contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve issues promptly. In cases where we cannot resolve a critical issue, we may offer refunds or credits at our discretion, even outside the 30-day window.
**Billing Errors**
If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error, we will issue a full refund regardless of the 30-day period. Contact info@tryxthreat.com immediately if you notice any billing discrepancies.
**Forced Service Termination**
If we terminate your account due to violations of our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for any refund.
**Enterprise Agreements**

11. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
• Setup fees or onboarding costs (if applicable)
• Custom development work or integrations
• Training sessions or consulting services already delivered
• Third-party services purchased through XThreat
• Account downgrades (difference in tier pricing)
These exclusions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
12. Fraudulent Refund Requests
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine to be fraudulent or abusive, including:
• Multiple refund requests across different accounts
• Requesting refunds after extensive platform usage
• Pattern of subscription and refund behavior
• Violating our Terms of Service
We take fraud seriously and may report suspected fraudulent activity to relevant authorities and payment processors.
13. Currency and Exchange Rates
All refunds are processed in the original currency of purchase.
If exchange rates have changed between purchase and refund, the refunded amount may differ from the original charge in your local currency due to currency fluctuations. XThreat is not responsible for exchange rate differences.
14. Tax Refunds
